Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Alalshikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), has announced the completion of the Boulevard Business Park project, marking the Kingdom’s first dedicated entertainment headquarters and business resort.
Alalshikh stated that the project was completed with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighting the development as a major milestone for Saudi Arabia’s expanding entertainment and business sectors.
The project represents an investment of more than SAR 1 billion and is designed to serve as a strategic destination that brings together corporate offices, entertainment-focused businesses, commercial spaces and professional services within a single integrated environment.

Boulevard Business Park features nine office buildings with total leasable space exceeding 60,000 square metres, alongside retail outlets, corporate headquarters, co-working facilities and more than 1,300 parking spaces. The development aims to provide a modern business ecosystem that supports companies operating in Saudi Arabia’s growing entertainment industry.

The project has been developed through a partnership between Hay Developments, the REQ real estate fund managed by BSF Capital, and sela, which will oversee management and operations.

Alalshikh emphasised that the completion of Boulevard Business Park reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing transformation and the ambition of its people to deliver world-class projects across various sectors. He added that the Kingdom’s future holds even greater opportunities as it continues to develop innovative destinations aligned with national growth objectives.
The launch of Boulevard Business Park further supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by strengthening the entertainment ecosystem, attracting investment, enabling private-sector participation and creating new opportunities within the Kingdom’s rapidly developing creative economy.
