Kuwait’s new proptech platform aims to simplify access to real estate data, regulations, market indicators, and analytics through artificial intelligence.

Kroki, a Kuwait-based artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the real estate sector, has officially launched with the aim of providing faster, smarter, and more reliable access to property-related information in the country.

The platform has been designed to bring together real estate data, regulations, market indicators, and analytics in one digital destination. Through an AI-supported experience, Kroki enables users to access property information and receive instant answers to their real estate-related queries.

By consolidating essential market information into a single platform, Kroki seeks to support investors, developers, real estate professionals, and individuals interested in the Kuwaiti property market. The platform is positioned as a tool that can help users make more accurate and informed decisions by improving access to reliable data.

Mohammad Salman Al-Samaan, founder of Kroki

Mohammad Salman Al-Samaan, founder of Kroki, said the company’s vision is to build Kuwait’s smartest real estate reference point.

“Our vision is to build the smartest real estate reference in Kuwait, and to make access to property information faster, easier, and more reliable,” Al-Samaan said. “We believe that a successful real estate decision begins with accurate information, and this is where the idea of Kroki was born.”

According to Al-Samaan, the platform is also focused on raising transparency levels across the real estate market by making data, analytics, and smart tools available in one place. This, he added, can save users both time and effort when searching for market insights or property-related information.

The launch of Kroki marks a new step toward digital transformation in Kuwait’s real estate sector. As technology continues to reshape property markets across the region, the platform aims to become a primary source for real estate information, regulations, market data, and AI-driven insights in Kuwait.

With its focus on accessibility, transparency, and intelligent data use, Kroki is entering the market at a time when investors and property professionals are increasingly seeking digital tools that can help them navigate real estate decisions with greater confidence.
