Samana Developers Completes 100% Superstructure of Dh100 mn Hills Project

The superstructure of Samana Hills, a G+5 apartment complex, has been completed by Dubai-based Samana Developers ahead of time.

Ground was broken on the Dh100 million Samana Hills in September 2019, and construction has since been fast-tracked.

The 100 per cent superstructure completion ahead of the schedule comes at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic related lockdown adversely affected Dubai’s real market. Samana Developers remained resilient and committed to continue the construction works. The efficient project management in fact accelerated the construction speed and the developer is now able to complete the project ahead of schedule and eventually prepone the handover.

Despite the pandemic hardships, Samana Developers has set a new benchmark of early project completion and handover preponement. It is unprecedented in Dubai’s real estate when there are project delays and developers facing losses. The five-storey Samana Hills residential project is scheduled for handover in Q3 2021.

Located at Arjan Dubailand, the resort-themed Samana Hills will be spread over 100,000 sq ft and house 205 apartments, including studios, one and two bedroom apartments.

With studio apartments starting from Dh399,000 ($108,600) and one bedroom units from Dh599,000 ($163,000), various payment options make the project attractive to both end-users and investors.

“We felt it was our obligation to construct the project before we ask buyers to put their money into the property. As Dubai’s real estate market matures further, with tighter regulations and transparency, property buyers are looking for the timely delivery of the project as well as the quality finishing,” said Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers.

“Samana Hills has been designed to the highest standards offering quality yet affordable property asset with close proximity to New Dubai and a number of international schools, hospital, mall and tourist attractions,” said Imran Farooq, chief executive officer of Samana Developers.

“The apartment sizes in Samana Hills range from 360 to 1,375 sq ft. The project features an infinity pool, sauna, steam, gymnasium, children’s play area, shaded parking and smart-home technology.”

“We will maintain the same pace which will eventually lead us to the preponement of the handover, in 3rd quarter of 2021. Samana Hills handover will perfectly coincide with the start of Expo 2020, which has been rescheduled to start on October 1st, 2021,” Imran said.
