Abdullah Asiri founded Lucidya in 2016, building one of the earliest AI SaaS companies in the Middle East into the region’s leading customer experience platform. Its latest offering — CX AI Agents that resolve customer cases end-to-end without human intervention — is trained on billions of regional CX interactions accumulated over a decade. Asiri holds an MSc in Computer Science with a specialisation in AI from KAUST.
