In 2025, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed 19.5 million pilgrims and Umrah performers from around the world, with service satisfaction levels surpassing 90 percent, according to the National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Entities (Adaa).
Adaa explained that these unprecedented numbers highlight the significant progress made in developing services for pilgrims and Umrah performers, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the key initiatives supporting the Vision, confirmed that these enhancements spanned both the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
The program reported satisfaction rates of 91 percent among Hajj pilgrims and 94 percent among Umrah performers, underscoring the effectiveness of planning, operational excellence, and the collaboration of more than 60 government and service entities working together to provide seamless, integrated services.
It further emphasized that these accomplishments continue the Kingdom’s long-standing commitment to serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, supported directly by the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, who place the highest priority on caring for pilgrims and Umrah performers and continuously enhancing service quality and preparedness.
