The 35th edition of the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition 2026 is scheduled to take place from February 11 to 14 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Recognized as one of the leading real estate events in the region, the exhibition will bring together key players from across the sector, including government agencies, property developers, real estate companies, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
Held under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed Al-Hogail, the event aims to foster collaboration between public and private sector entities while supporting the sustainable growth of Saudi Arabia’s real estate market. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of real estate projects, learn about regulatory developments, and engage in discussions on investment strategies and sector trends.
A highlight of the exhibition will be the inaugural PropNext Forum, a specialized platform dedicated to examining critical topics shaping the real estate landscape. The forum will feature sessions on real estate legislation, innovative financing solutions, investment opportunities, and emerging development trends. Industry experts and policymakers will share insights on how to enhance sector efficiency, improve urban planning, and meet the demands of future urban development across the Kingdom.
By combining exhibition displays, expert discussions, and networking opportunities, Restatex 2026 is set to provide a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange, investment exploration, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing Riyadh’s position as a regional hub for real estate development and innovation.
