ThinkProp Venture, the Abu Dhabi- and Dubai-based real estate training institute under Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) Venture, has launched the ThinkProp AI Academy, a pioneering initiative in the UAE aimed at developing practical, measurable AI-driven skills for real estate and business professionals.
Unlike conventional training platforms, the AI Academy introduces a structured learning and enablement framework that embeds artificial intelligence across the entire educational journey, including guidance, simulation, evaluation, and performance tracking. The goal is to ensure participants are not only trained in theory but are also equipped to apply their skills effectively in real-world business environments.
Aligned with UAE market requirements and international best practices, the programme delivers specialised training across key areas such as real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and business operations. In partnership with AI CERTs®, the academy also offers globally recognised certifications while maintaining strong relevance to regional industry needs.
The initiative is designed to support internal teams, external clients, and industry stakeholders by providing a scalable model for skills development. It aims to improve productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies, and accelerate decision-making processes across organisations.
In its initial phase, the academy plans to train more than 100 professionals, with ambitions to double its course offerings by the end of the year. Expansion is also planned across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), followed by broader rollout into the wider Middle East and Chinese markets.
Speaking on the launch, Jasem Alhosani said the initiative represents a shift from traditional knowledge-based education toward performance-focused enablement, with an emphasis on measurable readiness and real-world application.
Moath Maqbol highlighted that integrating AI into structured learning pathways reflects a commitment to innovation and industry advancement, equipping professionals with the tools needed to succeed in an increasingly digital and competitive market.
The academy is certified by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in Abu Dhabi, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD), and has been developed in collaboration with both government and industry partners, reinforcing its position as a leading platform for real estate education and professional development in the region.
