
Emaar Properties held its annual general meeting today, where the Board of Directors reviewed the company’s financial performance for 2025 and outlined strategic priorities and growth plans for the upcoming period.
Shareholders approved a dividend payout of 100 percent of capital, totaling AED 8.8 billion (US$2.4 billion). The meeting also endorsed the 2025 auditor’s report and the Board’s report on the company’s activities and financial position.
Emaar’s 2025 financial results highlighted sustained operational momentum and growth across its core sectors, with the company achieving record property sales of AED 80.4 billion, a 16 percent increase over 2024.
Total revenues for the year reached AED 49.6 billion, while EBITDA stood at AED 25.6 billion and net profit before tax at AED 25.7 billion.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to delivering projects on schedule and continuing the launch of new development initiatives.
