Starting with a mouth–watering menu, diners will have a choice of tapas-style dishes that will transport them to the cobbled streets of bustling Spain. Guests will be able to choose from a variety of delicious aperitivos, flavourful paella, several Tapas sharing platters and finish off with a dreamy dessert. Menu highlights include Wagyu Sliders, Patatas Bravas and Truffle Mushroom Paella.

Guests can choose from a selection of floral and fruity cocktails, free-flowing Veuve Clicquot, a variety of house beverages and a range of soft drinks that will keep patrons hydrated under the city’s winter sun.
