
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, has urged citizens and residents across the UAE to raise the national flag on homes, institutions, and buildings.
The call underscores a renewed emphasis on unity, national identity, and collective responsibility, highlighting the flag as a powerful symbol that brings society together.

Sheikh Mohammed noted that the UAE has recently faced challenges with strong unity, emerging even more aligned and cohesive across all segments of society, including citizens and residents, as well as the public and private sectors.
He stated that the nation overcame recent challenges through solidarity, growing stronger and more united as a result. He emphasized that the UAE flag represents the country’s strength and achievements, inviting everyone to raise it at homes and workplaces.
He added that there is great pride in the nation, its leadership, Armed Forces, economy, and in all citizens and residents who contribute daily to its progress.
He concluded by calling for the flag to be raised on every home and building, noting that it reflects unity and a shared sense of belonging.
The initiative highlights the importance of national identity and shared values, while recognizing the contributions of individuals and institutions across the country, including frontline workers and those supporting its continued development.
