
Bayut and dubizzle, part of the UAE-born Dubizzle Group, have launched a new industry-wide initiative titled “Proud of the UAE,” bringing together leading voices from the country’s real estate sector, including prominent brokerage founders, CEOs, and long-standing platform partners, to express appreciation for the UAE’s leadership, stability, and sustained economic progress.
The campaign features a series of short video messages from influential real estate executives and entrepreneurs, many of whom represent top-performing partners of Bayut and dubizzle. In their messages, participants highlight gratitude for the UAE’s enabling environment and the opportunities it has created for individuals, businesses, and industries to expand with confidence.
Rather than focusing on corporate achievements, the initiative emphasizes a unified message of national pride, belonging, and appreciation. It reflects the shared success of a sector that has grown alongside the UAE’s transformation into a global hub for investment, entrepreneurship, and high-quality living.
The participating leaders represent firms that have benefited from the country’s strong regulatory framework, economic resilience, and investor-friendly policies. The UAE real estate market continues to show strong performance, supported by sustained investor demand, transparent regulations, and growing interest from both domestic and international buyers. In Q1 2026, property transactions reached AED 252 billion, highlighting the scale and continued momentum of the sector.
