Aldar has unveiled the first phase of Yas Park Place, a new residential development located in the heart of Yas Island. The project introduces a garden-focused living concept aimed at enhancing everyday life with a sense of tranquility and connection to nature in one of the UAE’s most vibrant destinations.
Situated on the island’s northern side, the community benefits from its proximity to the upcoming Disney Abu Dhabi and Yas Acres Golf & Country Club, along with key attractions such as Yas Mall, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Waterworld, Yas Links, and Topgolf.
The development overlooks Yas Central Park and features six mid-rise buildings designed to optimise natural light, practicality, and smooth indoor-outdoor living. Sales for the first phase are set to begin on 16 April.
At the core of the project is a landscaped podium inspired by desert oases, creating a green retreat that connects the buildings while encouraging wellness, activity, and community interaction. This space includes a variety of themed gardens, such as an Aqua Garden with interactive water features, a Reflective Garden offering calm spaces with shaded lawns and a plunge pool, a Zen Garden with areas for yoga and meditation, and co-working gardens designed for outdoor work.
Residents will also have access to shared lawns, amphitheatre-style venues for events, a family pool area, a dedicated adult pool, nature-inspired play zones for children, and an indoor sports facility.
Yas Park Place is designed to meet Estidama Pearl 3 sustainability standards, highlighting Aldar’s focus on environmentally responsible development. The project incorporates energy-efficient technologies, sustainable materials, and climate-sensitive landscaping to support long-term sustainability and improved quality of life.
