The platform introduces the TRUXX® Freight Price Radar to improve freight pricing visibility, support SME transporters, and ease logistics pressure on UAE businesses during the market recovery phase

TRUXX has announced the pilot launch of Qawafel platform (Convoys), a national digital logistics platform initiative designed to support greater visibility, pricing discipline, governance, and operational efficiency across the UAE land freight sector.
The launch of Qawafel comes following a period of significant pressure on land freight pricing across the UAE and wider region. During recent regional geopolitical disruption, parts of the land freight market witnessed sharp pricing increases ranging between 150% and 220% across selected freight corridors, creating additional cost pressure for companies moving essential goods, construction materials, dry containers, reefer containers, and industrial cargo.
Against this backdrop, the cooperation between the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism and TRUXX has helped bring Qawafel to market as a government-endorsed digital logistics initiative designed to ease pressure on the private sector during the logistics recovery phase.
Developed and operated by TRUXX, a logistics technology company recognized among the UAE Future50 companies, Qawafel introduces the TRUXX® Freight Price Radar, an algorithmic freight pricing visibility tool designed to provide companies with a digital reference index across key UAE land freight corridors.
The Freight Price Radar enables decision-makers, logistics professionals, procurement teams, and finance departments to benchmark freight rates, improve resource planning, and reduce the need to manually contact multiple vendors to obtain price quotations for cargo movement.
Unlike traditional freight sourcing methods, which often rely on fragmented vendor communication, coordination, email exchanges, and manual document handling, Qawafel provides a structured digital journey covering customer onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, logistics sourcing, transporter assignment, document exchange, gate pass sharing, trip execution, proof of delivery, and governance reporting.
The platform is currently being launched in pilot phase, with UAE companies invited to apply for access through: www.truxx.ae/qawafel
Qawafel has been designed to serve companies moving dry and reefer containers, essential goods, construction materials, industrial cargo, manufacturing inputs, FMCG products, and other trade-related freight across the UAE.
The platform reflects TRUXX’s broader strategy to develop technology-enabled logistics infrastructure that supports the UAE’s trade economy, enhances private-sector efficiency, and creates more structured access between cargo owners and transport providers.
