DP World has announced the appointment of His Excellency Essa Kazim as Chairman of the Board and Yuvraj Narayan as Group Chief Executive Officer, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing strategic development.
HE Essa Kazim, who currently serves as Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre and Chairman of Borse Dubai, brings extensive experience in financial and economic leadership. Having held senior positions across several key national institutions, his appointment highlights DP World’s focus on robust governance and long-term strategic direction.
Yuvraj Narayan contributes more than 20 years of experience spanning financial management, corporate finance, supply chain operations, and global trade. Since joining DP World in 2004, he has spearheaded numerous strategic and transformation initiatives that have driven the company’s international growth and strengthened its role as an integrated provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions.
As Group Chief Financial Officer since 2005, Narayan has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial strength, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
