Riyadh Air has launched the “NAWAT Cabin Crew Program” to nurture and develop Saudi talent in the aviation sector, aligning with its broader ambition to connect the Kingdom to more than 100 global destinations by 2030.
The program is designed to attract, train, and prepare thousands of Saudi nationals as the airline expands its operations, equipping the next generation of cabin crew with the professional skills and service standards required to represent Riyadh Air and the Kingdom on the global stage.
In addition to cabin crew training, the initiative provides structured career pathways in aviation, including opportunities for Saudi female engineers in aircraft maintenance. It also features specialized scholarship programs in mechanical and avionics engineering to support long-term workforce development in technical aviation fields.
Riyadh Air has invited Saudi men and women aged 21 and above who are passionate about hospitality and customer service to apply and participate in the program.
