Visit Qatar and Qatar Airways have announced a partnership with Fanatics to showcase Qatar’s hospitality at Fanatics Fest NYC through an exclusive, invitation-only lounge experience.
Scheduled to take place from July 16 to 19 at the Javits Center in New York City, Fanatics Fest NYC will feature a private lounge designed to reflect Qatar’s signature hospitality, offering a premium setting for networking among corporate partners, senior executives, elite athletes, and celebrities.
The initiative aligns with Qatar’s broader strategy of using sports and entertainment as platforms for cultural exchange, strengthening international partnerships, and fostering dialogue between global stakeholders in the industry.
Qatar’s participation at Fanatics Fest NYC is supported by a strategic collaboration between Fanatics and the Government Communications Office (GCO) of the State of Qatar, aimed at enhancing cooperation across sports, entertainment, retail, and fan engagement sectors.
HE GCO Director Sheikh Jassim bin Mansour bin Jabor Al-Thani said the event serves as a valuable platform to connect with influential audiences, strengthen industry ties, and highlight Qatar as a leading destination for leisure, business, and sporting experiences.
Visit Qatar CEO Eng. Abdulaziz Ali Al Mawlawi noted that following a successful debut last year, the organization is pleased to return and further engage with a global audience. He emphasized Qatar’s commitment to excellence and its vision of building meaningful partnerships across sports, entertainment, and business, while positioning the country as a premier destination for world-class events and transformative experiences.
Fanatics Chief Strategy and Growth Officer Tucker Kain highlighted the unique nature of Fanatics Fest NYC in bringing together fans, brands, leagues, athletes, celebrities, and industry leaders. He added that the partnership with Visit Qatar and Qatar Airways enhances the event’s hospitality offering and reflects a shared commitment to delivering exceptional experiences as the event continues to grow.
