Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier and a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced the addition of two new destinations to its growing international network, with ticket sales now open for flights connecting Riyadh to Málaga and Kuala Lumpur.

With these new routes, the airline is preparing to operate flights to eight destinations from Riyadh by August. The expanding network will include London, Cairo, Dubai, Jeddah, Madrid, Manchester, Málaga, and Kuala Lumpur, alongside preparations to receive its sixth aircraft as part of its rapid fleet growth.
Riyadh Air is offering a mix of seasonal and year-round services designed to meet both tourism and business demand. Seasonal nonstop flights to Málaga, Spain, will operate from July 14 to September 8, catering to summer travel demand in Europe. Shortly after, on July 17, the airline will launch its nonstop service between Riyadh and Madrid, further strengthening its European connectivity.
The Madrid route is considered strategically important for both business and leisure travel, while also carrying sporting significance through Riyadh Air’s partnership with Atlético Madrid and its naming rights to the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium. In parallel, Riyadh Air will begin year-round scheduled flights to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, starting July 30, enhancing connectivity between Saudi Arabia and Southeast Asia.
Passengers can book tickets through the Riyadh Air mobile application, the official website, or authorized travel partners, as the airline continues to expand its footprint in key global markets.
