ADCB participates in Sibos and IMF meetings

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) underlines its increasing role in international finance by attending conferences over the next two weeks in the U.S.. Sibos 2014 held in Boston, Massachusetts, and the International Monetary Fund’s Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., will both welcome the world’s top financial institutions to the U.S.’s east coast to discuss the current financial landscape.

“ADCB is a significant international financier, in line with the highly interconnected nature of our client base and our core U.A.E. market” said Colin Fraser, Head of Wholesale Banking at ADCB. “Our approach of combining innovative new products and channels with international financial solutions is enabling our clients to conduct business both locally and internationally. In addition, our strategic partnerships with major international banks help ensure our clients get the best service and support from strong institutions wherever they are doing business around the world.” Mr. Fraser will be attending the events with ADCB’s Head of Transaction Banking, Murali Subramanian and Head of Institutional Clients, Padmanabha Mishra. They will be a large part of the conferences agendas over the coming weeks, hosting client events and representing the Bank on panels in various forums.

ADCB is looking to build upon its strategic partnerships with Bank of America and Banco Santander, among others, to continue to bring awareness to the banking industry in the Middle East, specifically Abu Dhabi. “At the end of these two weeks, we expect to have planted the seeds for further global collaboration with some of the industry’s most prominent names,” Fraser concluded.
