Arada recorded a remarkable 199% year-on-year increase in sales in the UAE during 2025, selling AED 17.3 billion worth of homes across its master-planned communities and luxury developments in Dubai and Sharjah. The developer sold 5,140 homes last year, more than double the 2,171 units sold in 2024, driven by strong demand in both existing and newly launched projects.

The group’s total revenue rose 170% to AED 6.7 billion, while EBITDA increased 174% year-on-year to AED 1.6 billion, reflecting Arada’s continued expansion across multiple sectors, including hospitality, F&B, industry, entertainment, and wellness.
Key domestic project launches in 2025 included Dubai’s Akala, the world’s first precision wellness destination, and Sharjah’s Masaar 2 and Masaar 3 forested communities, which became some of the UAE’s fastest-selling developments.
Internationally, Arada expanded into the UK with AED 2.5 billion investments to acquire a 75% stake in developer Regal (now Arada London) and an 80% stake in London’s Thameside West mixed-use project. The company also submitted its first applications for projects in Sydney, following its entry into the Australian market in 2024.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, said, “Our goal has always been to build spaces that foster healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives. Our performance in 2025 shows buyers share our vision and trust our delivery.”
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, added, “We exceeded our AED 15 billion target by more than 15%. In 2026, we will continue launching new projects, completing handovers, and expanding internationally.”
The developer awarded AED 12.7 billion in contracts last year, including projects such as Madar Mall in Aljada, Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, and Anantara Sharjah Resort and Residences, along with all Masaar 2 developments.
Arada’s success mirrors the UAE’s robust property sector. Dubai Land Department figures show property sales grew 29% to AED 680 billion in 2025, the highest ever recorded, while Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department reported a 64% increase to AED 65.6 billion in transaction value.
Since its founding in 2017, Arada has launched 11 projects in the UAE, delivering over 10,000 homes. Its current pipeline of projects in the UAE, UK, and Australia is valued at AED 130 billion, covering approximately 55,000 units worldwide.
