The United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Kuwait, and the United States strongly condemn the indiscriminate and reckless missile and drone attacks carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran against sovereign territories across the region, including the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
These unjustified strikes targeted sovereign lands, endangered civilian populations, and caused damage to civilian infrastructure.
Iran’s actions constitute a serious and dangerous escalation, violating the sovereignty of multiple nations and undermining regional stability. Targeting civilians and countries not engaged in hostilities reflects irresponsible and destabilizing conduct.
We stand united in defending our citizens, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and we reaffirm our inherent right to self-defense in response to these attacks. We remain steadfast in our commitment to regional security and commend the effective air and missile defense cooperation that has helped prevent far greater loss of life and destruction.
