The 5th Future Real Estate Forum 2026, held from 26 to 28 January 2026 in Riyadh, concluded as a landmark gathering for Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector. Held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the forum was organised around the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving”, reflecting the sector’s growing ambition and evolving role in national development.
