Adeeb Group, one of the UAE’s leading integrated facilities management companies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Aurora Global Management Services LLC and Fusion Apps to jointly deliver next-generation AI-enabled facilities management, intelligent buildings and sustainability solutions across the United Arab Emirates.

The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Adeeb Group Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, marking the beginning of a long-term collaboration that brings together Adeeb Group’s operational excellence in facilities management, Aurora Global Management Services LLC’s strategic advisory and regional market development expertise, and Fusion Apps’ advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin and enterprise software capabilities.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ansari, Group CEO of Adeeb Group; Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran, Founder & Managing Director of Aurora Global Management Services LLC; and senior leadership from Fusion Apps, reaffirming the three organizations’ shared vision of transforming facilities management through intelligent technologies, AI and data-driven operations.

The partnership establishes a powerful ecosystem designed to help public and private sector organizations modernize their built assets, improve operational performance, reduce lifecycle costs and accelerate progress toward their sustainability and carbon reduction objectives.

Rather than replacing existing infrastructure, the partnership introduces an intelligent digital overlay that integrates seamlessly with Building Management Systems (BMS), CAFM and ERP platforms, fire and life safety systems, CCTV, access control, energy management systems and other operational technologies. This enables organizations to unlock new levels of visibility, automation and intelligence while maximizing the value of their existing investments.

Leveraging Fusion Apps’ AI-IoT platform, customers will benefit from a unified digital environment that combines facilities management, Digital Twins, asset intelligence, predictive maintenance, intelligent energy optimization, carbon accounting, carbon reporting, ESG compliance and AI-driven workflow automation into a single operational platform.

Designed around open industry standards including BACnet, Modbus, KNX, OPC-UA and MQTT, the platform integrates seamlessly with existing building infrastructure, enabling organizations to build intelligence over their current investments without costly rip-and-replace initiatives.

The platform also enables end-to-end operational automation by connecting building systems, CAFM, ERP, fire and life safety systems, IoT devices and AI agents through a unified operational layer. From incident detection and automated work order generation to technician dispatch, stakeholder notifications, spare parts management and SLA tracking, the platform streamlines facility operations while improving service delivery, operational resilience and asset reliability.

The partnership comes at a pivotal time as organizations across the UAE accelerate investments in smart infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence and sustainability to support the nation’s long-term economic and environmental ambitions.

“The future of facilities management will be defined by intelligence, integration and sustainability,” said Dr. Ansari, Group CEO of Adeeb Group. “This partnership brings together operational excellence and world-class digital capabilities to help our clients transform their facilities into connected, efficient and resilient assets that are ready for the future.”

Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran, Founder & Managing Director of Aurora Global Management Services LLC, said:
“This partnership brings together the strategic, operational and technological capabilities needed to help organizations transition from conventional facilities management to intelligent, data-driven operations. By combining Adeeb Group’s operational excellence with Fusion Apps’ AI-powered platform, we are creating a future-ready ecosystem that helps organizations optimize assets, reduce energy consumption, strengthen sustainability performance and accelerate digital transformation across the UAE and the wider GCC.”

Representing Fusion Apps, company leadership added:
“Fusion Apps was built on the belief that facilities should be intelligent, connected and continuously learning. Through this partnership, we are combining AI, IoT, Digital Twins and automation into a unified platform that empowers organizations to optimize operations, reduce energy consumption, strengthen sustainability performance and gain real-time operational intelligence.”

The partnership will initially focus on opportunities across government, commercial real estate, healthcare, education, hospitality, aviation, industrial facilities and critical infrastructure projects throughout the UAE, with plans to expand into other GCC markets.

By combining Adeeb Group’s operational expertise, Aurora Global Management Services LLC’s strategic advisory capabilities and Fusion Apps’ AI-powered technology platform, the alliance is poised to establish a new benchmark for intelligent, sustainable and technology-enabled facilities management across the region.
