
JCB has appointed Ghassan Aboud Automotive as its official dealer in Syria. The partnership marks an important step in supporting the country’s reconstruction and development efforts while strengthening JCB’s presence in the Middle East.

The new partnership will see Ghassan Aboud Automotive establish JCB sales, service and aftersales operations in Syria, with the first facility located in the Adra Free Zone, one of the country’s key industrial and logistics hubs. The facility will support growing demand for construction and industrial equipment as reconstruction and development activity accelerates across the country.
The Adra facility represents the first phase of a broader network expansion strategy, with plans to extend JCB’s reach and customer support capabilities across North Syria, ensuring customers benefit from reliable access to equipment, spare parts and technical services nationwide.

The new partnership was marked with an official signing ceremony at JCB’s World Headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire.

Complementing this location, a separate facility in Adra will house aftersales services, a parts warehouse, a fully equipped service workshop and mobile service capabilities, ensuring customers benefit from comprehensive maintenance and technical support.
