
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) posted a net profit after tax of AED 11.445 billion for the fiscal year 2025, reflecting a 22% increase compared to 2024. The bank’s fourth-quarter net profit stood at AED 3.342 billion.
In its press release, ADCB highlighted a profit before tax of AED 12.843 billion for 2025, up 21% year-on-year, marking 18 consecutive quarters of growth in pre-tax profit. The fourth-quarter pre-tax profit reached AED 3.736 billion, representing a 30% increase compared with Q4 2024.
Operating income grew 14% in 2025, driven by robust growth in both net interest income and fee income. Operational efficiency improved, with the cost-to-income ratio declining to 28.2%.
On the balance sheet, ADCB recorded total assets of AED 774 billion, up 19% year-on-year, net loans of AED 406 billion (up 16%), and customer deposits of AED 500 billion, reflecting 19% growth.
The bank also proposed a cash dividend of AED 0.63 per share for 2025, amounting to AED 4.985 billion in total distributions, equivalent to 44% of net profit, subject to regulatory approval and shareholder endorsement at the annual general meeting.
