A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Zaid also holds CIMA’s Digital Mindset qualification and has completed Executive Education in Mergers and Acquisitions at Imperial Business School in London.

With more than 20 years of international experience spanning the Middle East, India, and Europe, Zaid has built a strong track record in delivering sustainable growth through both organic expansion and acquisition.

His experience covers debt and equity transactions across multiple sectors, including professional services and consulting.

Based in Dubai since 2009, and with regular exposure to other major markets including London, Zaid brings deep knowledge of the EMEA business landscape.

Zaid is married, has three children, and enjoys travelling, cricket and horse racing.
