Emirates Skywards has expanded its loyalty programme by launching Skywards Rail, allowing members to redeem Skywards Miles for rail travel to more than 12,000 destinations across Europe.
The new service provides access to over 40 major rail operators across 12 European countries, giving members greater flexibility to use their Miles beyond air travel.
Through the Skywards Rail platform, members can search train schedules, compare routes, choose cabin classes and ticket types, and book journeys using either their Skywards Miles in full or a combination of Cash + Miles.
Dr. Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates Skywards, said the launch reflects the growing demand from members for more flexible redemption options. He added that Skywards Rail is another step in expanding the programme beyond traditional flight rewards, offering members more ways to explore Europe using their accumulated Miles.
The initiative further enhances the Emirates Skywards loyalty programme by integrating rail travel into its rewards ecosystem, providing seamless travel options for members across the continent.
