Hamad International Airport announced today the opening of the Airport Hotel and the Vitality Wellbeing and Fitness Centre which will provide a variety of services featuring flexiblility and response to the different needs of travel and flight schedules.
The 100-room Airport Hotel is located in the southern area of Hamad International Airport. It was established to meet all the needs of passengers during business or tourism trips to enable them take the advantage of the offers of accommodation, commensurating with the period of the visit.
Hamad International Airport’s Chief Operating Officer Badr al-Meer said the Airport Hotel and the Health Club Vitality Spa, will constitute a landmark step in Hamad International Airport direve, adding that passengers will from today can take advantage of the advanced facilities studied and designed to meet the demands of the guests of Doha.
For his part, Director General of the Airport Hotel Philippe Henrique said the Hotel will focus on providing the best hospitality experience for all guests to guests whether their stay is for one hour or one day, looking forward to welcoming all passengers at the Air Port Hotel to enjoy an excellent customer service.
All 100 of the hotel’s rooms and suites offer a range of complimentary services plus the very latest in technology including free WiFi and an iPod/iPad dock station Player. The six room types at offer are Superior rooms, Deluxe rooms, Executive rooms, Executive Suites and Presidential Suite.
Located inside The Airport Hotel, the Vitality Wellbeing and Fitness Centre offers a swimming pool, squash court, wellbeing and fitness facilities. The centre is open to all customers of Hamad International Airport, whether you are a hotel guest or not. Vitality Wellbeing & Fitness Centre offers a range of facilities including temperature-controlled 25-metre swimming pool (towels provided), fully-equipped gymnasium, with cardiovascular and weight training equipment and personal instructors, two squash courts (equipment provided), and showers and changing rooms.
