Ramadan Real Estate Exhibition began on Tuesday evening with companies offering 1.8 billion Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) (USD 6.4 billion) worth of real estate projects.
The projects are diversified in the Arabian Gulf countries, Turkey and Spain, said Saud Murad, General Manger of Al-Masar, said in a press statement after the inauguration of the exhibition Murad said the exhibition attracted local companies which showed a genuine desire to “overcome the difficult operating environment in the domestic market specially after real estate prices in Kuwait skyrocketed.” He said the real estate companies would be offering land lots, villas and apartments, in addition to investment opportunities in Gulf and European countries.
Murad called for the marketing of high-income foreign real estates.
He said the exhibition would offer distinguished investment opportunities in the domestic and regional markets.
The exhibition, due until July 11, is open at evening only.
