One of Dubai’s largest luxury real estate developers, DAMAC Properties, is launching an exclusive product for U.A.E. nationals.
The opportunity will be presented during events taking place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September in three venues across the country. U.A.E. nationals will be able to take advantage of preferential prices and payment plans on luxury villas at DAMAC’s AKOYA Oxygen master development, luxury apartments in AKOYA by DAMAC, and luxury apartments in the Burj and Al Maktoum International Airport areas.
“We are pleased to invite U.A.E. nationals to come and learn more about the luxury living experiences in AKOYA Oxygen and other DAMAC projects and are happy to offer them these special rates and terms,” said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director, DAMAC Properties.
AKOYA Oxygen is a 55 million sq ft master development in Dubailand with more than half of the community dedicated to green, fresh, open spaces. The project includes parks and gardens, an organic market and a high-end wellness centre, a first for the Middle East.
DAMAC Properties’ AKOYA Oxygen and AKOYA by DAMAC developments have proven to be immensely popular with investors since AKOYA by DAMAC launched just over a year ago.
Both projects will be home to an 18-hole, championship standard, golf course, which will be managed by the Trump Organisation and include luxury villas and mansions which reflect the highest quality standards expected in Dubai.
“AKOYA Oxygen will be the most green community in Dubai, a tranquil oasis of calm and peace which offers the perfect escape from the busy city life,” added El Chaar. “We invite U.A.E. nationals to join us to learn more about the project and benefit from these dedicated prices and payment plans.” Established in 2002, DAMAC has delivered almost 11,000 units to date and currently has a development portfolio of over 26,000 units at various stages of progress and planning as of June 30th 2014, which includes over 10,000 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments.
