As part of the DigiConnect virtual events series which has been launched by The Great Minds Group to help business overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, The Delivery Management online conference is taking place on May 12 at 11 am on Zoom.
The two-hour meeting is set to discuss optimising delivery management during COVID-19 through gathering a group of industry leaders to share knowledge and experience.
The main topics to be discussed during the meeting include managing the increasing importance of fleet and customer safety, smart contracting to decrease liability and mitigating risk scenarios as well as dynamic routing, dynamic routing and planning to increase fleet productivity, and automated freight auditing for increased compliance.
The discussion will run in an executive boardroom format through video conference technology, where a representative from The Great Minds Group will host the boardroom.
