His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai named the UAE’s Ministry of Interior as the best government entity at the federal level.
This happened during the unveiling of the star-rating results for government service centres across the country.
Sheikh Mohammed extended a congratulatory message to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
In a tweet, Sheikh Mohammed said, “the year 2020 proved that our vision from eight years ago to launch all governmental services digitally was correct.”
The star rating system’s new standards focus on customers’ overall experience. They also aimed to assess the consistency of customers’ journey across the different service delivery channels.
