Samana Developers, a Dubai-based business conglomerate today announced that it has been awarded ISO 2001:2015 Quality Management Certification for the entire group of companies that are involved in real estate, skilled and unskilled immigration, business migration consultancy and furnished workspaces. The audit reflected company’s improved processes that match Dubai’s international standards and best practice
The inspection process involved Samana Developers, a real estate development company, AAA Associates Immigration Services, Global Migration Services and Star Business Centre, state of the art services offices at Business Bay and Jumeirah Lake Towers.
ISO 2001:2015 certifies commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in operations and processes of all companies. Along with the proactive involvement of both management and employees to drive service standards to exceed customers’ expectations.
