Solo, Raffles Dubai’s homegrown Italian restaurant and bar is ready to welcome back guests on June 10.
Open every day of the week, guests will rediscover homemade cuisine, inspired by Italy’s diverse regions including Lombardy, Tuscany, Campania and Sicily.
Solo’s favourites are also back on the menu including spinach Ravioli with black truffle, linguine frutti di mare, pollo alla diavola and the tortino al cioccolato, our take on the chocolate fondant with caramel sauce. In addition, the breads right through to the sauces, pasta and pizza are all freshly made in-house.
With a new spin on Fridays, the venue introduces, Solo Gusto, a family-style brunch for the first time. Starting from Friday, June 19, the Solo Gusto showcases Solo’s favourite dishes in abundant sharing portions served in a relaxed convivial setting and offering everything from anti pasti, carpaccio, pasta, pizza and fritto misto to name a few.
For a more intimate family experience, guests can also choose the private dining area. With brunch packages starting from AED 199 per person, children aged between 12 and 15 years dine at half price, and kids below 12 years dine for free.
