Recently reopened Middle Eastern restaurant Phoenicia at JA Oasis Beach Tower Dubai is set to host an evening by Chef Greg Malouf on September 24, donating 100% of food proceeds to Beirut via Emirates Red Crescent.
Tickets to the Benefit Beirut dinner at Phoenicia Dubai are AED 200 per person. Dishes include mezze such as Silky Hummus, Fatima Fingers with Porcini Mushroom, and Mahanie Sausages, a choice of main course, Organic Seabass Sayadeeya or 8-Hour Lamb Ouzi, and a dessert, the ‘Hand of Beirut’.
The event has been designed by JA Resorts & Hotels and Greg Malouf to support the #keeptalkingaboutbeirut and #savebeirut movement and to raise much-needed funds. The full amount will be donated to partner charity, Emirates Red Crescent, for projects related to the rebuilding of Beirut.
