Mediterranean Kitchen has officially launched at La Mer, with a menu featuring a variety of Mediterranean dishes.
Showcasing over 60 mouth-watering dishes inspired by the rich and vibrant food culture of the countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea, Mediterranean Kitchen, the menu features international dishes – entrées, mains as well as hot and cold tapas-style sharing plates.
Dishes include an authentic Mediterranean Breakfast Board, a 6-hour Slow Roasted Lamb Shank served with organic quinoa, grilled zucchini and asparagus or Gambero Siciliano, consisting of jumbo prawns, capers, and peanuts on a bed of saffron rice.
