Marriott International and Aksoy Holding ink branding deal for Ritz-Carlton property in Turkey

Aksoy Holding has signed an agreement with Marriott International to brand its 126,000 sqm private peninsula – Epique Island – in Bodrum, under The Ritz-Carlton Residences. 

Featuring 74 exclusive villas, Epique Island was developed in 2014 with an investment of €200 million Euro and has since generated 6,000 jobs in the country. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum will mark the first stand-alone branded residential project for Marriott in the region when it opens in Q2 2021.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences are synonymous with luxury living and is the perfect fit for such a unique development. This deal also illustrates our commitment to Turkey and further diversifies our portfolio in the country.”

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum offers luxury living surrounded by the Aegean Sea. In addition to the 74 private villas that are located to preserve the sense of intimacy for its residents, the development includes sun terraces and piers that spread across the peninsula, sand beach, community pool, natural ponds, a kids club, a restaurant, fitness center and a clubhouse with an Owners lounge, spa, and meeting facilities.  The private island also introduces the concept of barefoot luxury to its residents and offers an isolated lifestyle that is far from the crowd.

The Residences will be managed by The Ritz-Carlton, with a dedicated residential management team committed to delivering the legendary service the brand is renowned for around the world.   The dedicated team will ensure seamless delivery of services such as valet, in-residence dining, and concierge services.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum is designed by South African architecture firm SAOTA who are globally renowned for its open plan architecture and rich portfolio consisting of some of the world’s most valuable residences.
