London Dairy Café has appointed Florencia Beschtedt as general manager of operations.
According to the café, Beschtedt is tasked with overseeing all aspects of London Dairy Café ventures. She will play a key role in meeting the brand’s aggressive growth goals.

Before joining London Dairy Café, Beschtedt rose through the management ranks of Zuma Dubai, serving the flagship restaurant in DIFC for eight years and leaving as general manager.
