Traditional French restaurant La Serre Bistro has introduced white truffle to its menu. Now in season, the premium ingredient will be available to guests at La Serre until the end of the year.
A menu highlight, the newly-added ‘Risotto de Truffe Blanche’ (white truffle risotto) combines lashings of Parmigiano Reggiano and white truffle, which is shaved tableside and priced at AED 350 per portion.
White truffle can now also be added to any of the restaurant’s dishes at request of the diner for AED 85 per gram. Dishes to add white truffle to include options like homemade gnocchi with spinach, truffle cream, pine nuts & Parmigiano Reggiano, black angus tenderloin Rossini, and oxtail ravioli with parsley coulis and brown butter emulsion.
