Masala Bazaar, located at Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai, has launched all-new tiffin box meals.
Tthe licensed venue pays tribute to the rich and authentic flavours of the four main regions in India, from North to South and East to West.
The tiffin box meals are served and styled traditionally with each layer containing one dish from either rice or roti, appetisers, mains and also desserts.
The menu includes dishes such as the tangy Achari Mango Salad, the Tangdi Kabab – chicken drumsticks marinated with a mix of spices and yoghurt, and the Chingri Malai Curry from the Northeast – prawns cooked in a coconut and mustard sauce.
A signature, the Murgh Chettinad from the South – comprises chicken prepared in a sauce of fresh coconut and authentic Indian spices. Guests can also find Gajjar Halwa- a carrot-based dessert.
