Hilton has announced the appointment of Arthur Timlin as food and beverage director at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa.
With more than 16 years of food and beverage experience in luxury hotel brands, Timlin moves to the Resort from Conrad on Sheikh Zayed Road, where he was responsible for the entire F&B operation and in particular, the launch and opening of the Korean casual dining outlet, Kimpo.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall very large Resort F&B operations, including its signature restaurants: Al Maeda, Piaceri Da Gustare, SOL, Pura Vida and newly renovated The Kitchen all-day dining.
One of the main objectives in his new role will be to further progress the strategic goal of establishing the resort as a renowned culinary and lifestyle destination.
