Gates Hospitality has added to its culinary team with the appointment of a head chef, Gerard Brack, at their Trump International Golf Club Dubai location, Stoke House.
“We need a strong player to oversee the kitchen at this high-volume site and Gerard is the perfect candidate for this. As we move into the summer one of Gerard’s first projects will be to refresh the current menu according the seasonality and bring something different to current food offering,” says Naim Maadad, Chief Executive Office, Gates Hospitality.
Following a move from Wimbledon Tennis Club, UK, where he held the title of area chef, Brack is responsible for all food & beverage related operations, with the support of his team.
