Fairmont The Palm, Dubai has announced three new appointments within its team.
The announcements include a new director of spa, Tina Deniz, cluster director of IT, Mohammad Qattash and a promotion for Executive Sous Chef Anup Pawar, who has been promoted to executive chef.
According to the property, Qattash, with over 11 years’ of IT experience in the hospitality industry, will be responsible for leading the Information and Technology teams across not only Fairmont The Palm, but cluster properties of the Movenpick Grand Plaza and TH8, a brand new lifestyle resort to soon open on the Palm.
Deniz joins Fairmont The Palm from her previous role as director of spa in the pre-opening team of Fairmont Quasar Istanbul.
With a promotion from executive sous chef to executive chef, Pawar will lead a kitchen brigade of over 130 across 11 of the resort’s F&B outlets, including award-winning restaurant Little Miss India.
