All venues, tours, entertainment activities, fitness and health centres in Dubai will remain closed until further notice, according to a circular distributed by Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
The closures were originally due to be lifted on April 14, but they will now remain shut. Dubai Tourism has taken the steps in order to “ensure the health and safety of its residents and visitors”, according to the circular.
“Dubai Tourism will continue to evaluate the situation in coordination with the relevant health authorities.”
