Hutong, the contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant and bar, will welcome guests back to DIFC for mid-day dining experiences.

The new business lunch offer has been designed to be served within an efficient 45 minutes. Available Sundays through Thursdays from noon to 2.30pm, the menu includes the Matsutake & Wild Mushroom Broth to start, followed by a selection of starters and main courses for AED 125 per person.

Guests can select a choice of one starter and two main courses from the menu, which includes a choice of one non-vegetarian and one vegetarian dish.

Starters include Hutong’s selection of baos, such as the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Bao, the Spiced beef Xiao Long Bao and the signature Sichuan pepper spiced lobster bao, followed by main courses such as the Kung Po Prawns, tossed in dried chilli and garlic and the Wok-tossed Beef Tenderloin, with Laoganma chilli sauce. Vegetarians can savour the Yu Xiang Crispy Eggplant, in a chilli garlic sauce and the Wok-tossed Lotus Roots.

Guests can opt to extend their lunch experience with one of Hutong’s desserts, including the Ma La, crafted with spicy cremeux spiced with Mala seasoning and chocolate mousse and paired with a floral hibiscus sorbet.

Those looking to enjoy Hutong’s signature dishes over a leisurely meal on the weekend can visit the restaurant starting September 18, serving a la carte lunch from noon to 3:30pm every Friday and Saturday.
