Abu Dhabi’s Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences has added a new Mediterranean-fusion restaurant named Rosemary to its line-up of international and Arabic dining options.
Located waterside overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Rosemary features a selection of outdoor and indoor seating with a series of private dining options for social and corporate gatherings alike.
The restaurant will be led by Samer Saleh, Director of Food & Beverage, a strong advocate for the increasingly popular ‘shared dining concept’. Nemo Acimovic, General Manager at Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences says: “Just like what you’d expect when dining waterside in the Mediterranean, patrons of Rosemary will have an array of sharing platter to choose from in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.”
“Whether it’s our signature seafood paella, our 24-hour braised black Angus beef spare-ribs or our caramelised crema Catalana, we’ve carefully designed a menu full of Mediterranean favourites and ‘crowd-pleasers’ using only the freshest of locally-grown ingredients. Giving the gourmands of Abu Dhabi a real taste of Rosemary’s Mediterranean culinary delights.”
