Atlantis, The Palm’s Aquaventure waterpark will reopen Thursday to Sunday starting today. Dubai residents can get a day pass from AED 99.

Based on government guidelines, Atlantis Aquaventure will be operating at a 50 per cent reduced capacity; all guests who are not staying in the hotel must purchase tickets in advance. Tickets will not be available to buy at the gate.

In addition, individually wrapped towels will be provided, changing rooms and lockers will be limited. Aquaventure Waterpark is open from 10am to Sunset. Guests are advised to take public transportation to and from Aquaventure as parking spaces are limited.

Daily entry for adults will be AED 119 and AED 99 for children. Children 0-2 years of age enter free. Hotel guests receive complimentary daily access during their stay.

The all-encompassing destination is also offering a new stay and play package with staycations starting at AED 549 weekdays and AED 649 weekends. This includes breakfast, daily access to the Middle East’s number one waterpark, Atlantis Aquaventure, and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, as well as AED 200 credit to spend anywhere in resort (excluding retail).

In parallel with the released health and safety protocols issued by the government, Aquaventure has developed a comprehensive reopening safety with limited capacity, socially distanced queuing systems and optimised water sanitation practices.

The resort has also deployed physical distancing ambassadors and a dedicated hygiene team to focus on high footfall areas. Atlantis’ security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilising thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.
