The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Thursday adding 66.05 points (0.51%) advance to 12,978.86 points from 12,912.81 on Wednesday.
The volume of the shares traded fell to 12,769,416 from 14,933,941 on Wednesday and the value of shares decreased to QR610,917,076.91 from QR659,920,804.10 Wednesday.
Among the top gainers were Gulf International which was up 3.19% to QR93.70, Qatar Navigation gained 1.52% to QR93.80, Masraf Al Rayan added 3.77% to QR44.00 and Doha Insurance up by 1.20% to QR25.40.
