The Qatar Exchange down 12.69 points or 0.11 percent as it closed Wednesday at 11,849.63 points down from the previous closing of 11,862.32.
The volume of shares traded down to 12,379,231 from 16,028,859 Tuesday, and the value of shares dropped to QR634,209,680.16 from QR690,600,536.64.
Among the top losers were QNB whose share dropped 2.97 percent to QR196.00 and International Islamic Bank with 1.00 percent fell to QR 79.00 per share. Qatar Islamic bank was gained 3.99 percent to QR 106.80 and Qatar Electricity and Water added 1.68 percent to QR 194.00.
The industries sector added 0.43 percent to 3,751.86 points while banking and services sector was down 0.27 percent to 3,108.56 points. Consumer goods and services sector rose 1.35 percent to 7,118.19 points while Telecom sector down 0.66 percent to 1,378.53 points.
