The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Monday at 12,562.54 points (1.65%) down 210.66 points from the previous closing of 12,773.20 points.
The volume of shares was up to 14,951,738 from Sunday 9,656,912 and the value of shares increased to QR662,809,121.48 from QR441,028,469.47 on Sunday.
Among the top losers were Qatar Insurance whose share down 3.00% to QR77.60, Masraf Al Rayan lost 2.82% to QR51.70, Barwa Real Estate fell 3.80% to QR39.20 and Doha Bank decreased by 3.33% to QR58.00.
