The Qatar Exchange ended in the red area when trading closed Tuesday at 12,520.36 points (0.34%) down 42.18 points from the previous closing of 12,562.54 points on Monday.
The volume of shares was up to 19,671,102 from Monday 14,951,738 and the value of shares increased to QR913,986,196.42 from QR662,809,121.48 on Monday.
Among the top losers were Qatar Insurance whose share down 0.77% to QR77.00, International Islamic Bank lost 1.23% to QR80.50, National Leasing fell 0.78% to QR31.85 and Electricity and Water decreased by 1.61% to QR183.50.
